The record counts decided outcomes only: 340 + 203 = 543. Episodes whose Round 2 result was never published are held as unknown and excluded from the win rate rather than guessed. One labeled exception: 4 recent episodes are recorded as Bobby wins by inference — no published result and no winner coverage weeks after airing, while every verified challenger win in the same period drew press within days. Those rows are tagged inferred in the ledger, are included in the 340 wins above, and are reverted the moment a published result contradicts them.

Recipes are independently generated recreations of the winning dish — not the chef's own recipe, and not supplied or approved by them. Where a chef has published cookbooks, their pages link to those books instead.

Where a winning chef has published cookbooks, their page and their defeat page list those books with links to Amazon.
